As the Head of the department, my vision for the BET- Material and Nano Science Technology degree programme is to produce enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated Product Designers with a great degree of knowledge of Nano science technology. They possess the aptitude, attitude, and skills necessary for the continuous pursuit of knowledge throughout life and are equipped to be genuine problem solvers with the ability to come up with innovative solutions to produce the most appealing Nano-flavoured products of all disciplines in the market in support of the sustainable economic growth of the country leading to a better Sri Lanka.
