The Wayamba University Engineering Technology Research Symposium (WUETecS) is an annual event organized by the Faculty of Technology, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, providing a platform for final-year undergraduates to present their research findings.

The symposium features multiple oral and poster presentation sessions, where a panel of judges evaluates each presentation and recognizes outstanding contributions by awarding certificates. Additionally, all accepted manuscripts are published in the symposium proceedings.

Since its inception, WUETecS has successfully hosted three symposiums, fostering a culture of research, innovation, and knowledge sharing. This symposium serves as an excellent opportunity for students to refine their presentation skills, enhance their professional growth, and develop leadership abilities.
